Bodybuilder Shane Post, who claimed victory at the 2017 Mr. Pittsburgh competition, was reportedly shot last week and is currently in the hospital.

According to TMZ, Post was shot last Tuesday following a dispute with a neighbor over a parking space at his home in Dallas. Post suffered damage to his colon, liver and a kidney and was taken to the intensive care unit.

Fortunately, it appears that the injuries were not life-threatening. He conducted an interview with Pittsburgh Action News while he was in his ICU room, even stating that the bullet was still inside of him at the time.

Video shows the shooter approaching Post and another person while wearing a bathrobe. Words are exchanged before the gun is fired, injuring Post as his wife and child look on. Post hops away while the shooter points at him before stepping away. The video then ends.

Per the report, Post is expected to remain in the hospital for a few more days.

Nikki Brown, the alleged shooter, was arrested and taken into police custody. He was charged with assault with a deadly weapon and has since been released on bond.

According to Shane Post's wife Irina, Brown became angry when Shane's friend parked in his assigned spot.

She said the couple had previous encounters with Brown, but this time he came at them with a gun hidden in his robe's pocket.
