The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are still waiting on an answer from tight end Rob Gronkowski regarding the 2022 season.

Is Gronk going to return? Is Gronk going to retire?

Bucs head coach Todd Bowles said the team would like to have clarity on the situation, but for now, they will continue to wait.

“It’s up in the air right now, but I feel OK about it,” Bowles said, per Joey Knight of the Tampa Bay Times. “There are still things to work out, and we’ll see what the draft brings and we’ll keep working with those guys, as well.”

Gronk appears to be working out, though.

"The last time someone worked out with Henry that person signed with the Titans…" one fan speculated.

"Can’t two players work out together? And who’s to say Gronk is going to the Titans in a pic and not also think that Henry to the Bucs," another fan added on Twitter.

"Trade all of the picks for Henry," a Bucs fan tweeted.

Gronkowski appears to just be enjoying the offseason for now, though.

The 2022 NFL Draft is set to begin on Thursday.
