Carli Lloyd is not-so-subtly trolling the critics of the United States women's national team's celebrating against Thailand with her goal celebrations against Chile today.

The star American forward scored two goals in the first half against Chile this afternoon, as Team USA has a 3-0 lead heading into the break.

Lloyd broke out the "golf clap" celebration as she made her way to the bench after scoring both of her goals.

The fans are loving it.

The USWNT faced a little criticism for celebrating "too much" in their 13-0 win over Thailand in the first game of the World Cup.

U.S. veteran Megan Rapinoe addressed the criticism heading into today's game against Chile.

“I think just in general for us — obviously we have the utmost respect for all of the opponents we play and will continue to do so forever and ever. I feel like we were pent up. … That sort of explosion of joy was very genuine for us. Honestly, I think we needed it,” Rapinoe said.

We'll likely be seeing some more celebrating from the Americans in the second half.

The final 45 minutes of today's US-Chile game will begin soon. It's being televised on FOX.
