Dick Vitale Releases His College Basketball Preseason Top 16

ESPN college basketball analyst Dick Vitale has released his preseason rankings ahead of the 2019-20 college basketball season.

Vitale took to Twitter this week to tweet out his top teams for the upcoming college basketball season.

ESPN's college basketball analyst is extremely high on Kansas and Michigan State heading into the year, ranking the Jayhawks and the Spartans No. 1 and No. 2, respectively.

Kentucky, Duke and Louisville round out Dickie V's preseason top five.

  16. Ohio State

Virginia, the reigning national champions, have to replace a decent amount of talent heading into the 2019-20 season, though the Cavaliers are still a preseason top 10 team.

Florida has gotten a major boost ahead of the 2019-20 season, adding some major talent from the transfer market.

The 2019-20 college basketball season is set to begin at the beginning of November.
