The Duke-Michigan State ratings are out and that game crushed it big-time.

The contest drew 11.2M viewers, which made it the most-watched NCAA Tournament game of this year's first week.

This ended up being quite the game as it went down to the wire. Duke was up for most of the game and even led by as many as nine in the second half. That didn't matter for MSU after it came all the way back to lead by as many as five. The Blue Devils ended up coming back to take the lead late in the second half. Jeremy Roach iced the game with a massive three-pointer to make it 74-70 with less than a minute left. This was the final ever meeting between Coach K and Tom Izzo since the former is retiring at the end of this season. The college basketball world isn't surprised by these high ratings.

Duke will now play Texas Tech in the Sweet 16 on Thursday night. Tip-off will be at 9:39 p.m. ET.
