It's already been a wild offseason. The Philadelphia Eagles might as well stir things up a bit more. According to a report, the Eagles are "open" to listening to trade offers for Jalen Reagor.
The organization is clearly willing to move on from Reagor. The Eagles took him with the 21st overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. He hasn't exactly lived up to expectations.
In two years in Philadelphia, Reagor has caught 64 passes for 695 yards and three touchdowns. It's been a pretty disappointing outcome for the Eagles.
It appears they're ready to move on from the former TCU star.
"Report: #Eagles are "open" to listening to offers for WR Jalen Reagor, per @Tim_McManus," JPA Football tweeted.
It's going to be interesting to see what the Eagles can fetch in exchange for Reagor. A third-day pick seems fair.
"A 2034 7th rd pick is the best offer they’ll get for him"
"Just take a 5th and be done with it"
"Hopefully he’s released and becomes a Cowboy. He could get 800 yards in this offense."
"In all seriousness, what could they get for Reagor? A 5th?"
"I’d take a late day 3 pick in 2023"
Keep an eye out here. Where there's smoke there's usually fire.
The Eagles will probably try and make a move before the start of the 2022 NFL Draft this Thursday night.
