ESPN’s computer model has updated its College Football Playoff prediction following a crazy Week 4.
The Week 4 slate didn’t look incredibly appealing on paper, though it delivered when the games kicked off. There were several exciting games on Saturday, including Clemson’s upset loss to N.C. State and Arkansas’ big win over Texas A&M.
Following the conclusion of Week 4, ESPN’s computer model, the Football Power Index, has updated its prediction for the College Football Playoff.
Here’s who ESPN has making the College Football Playoff as of now:
- Georgia Bulldogs – 84.2 percent chance
- Alabama Crimson Tide – 82.3 percent chance
- Oklahoma Sooners – 52.6 percent chance
- Oregon Ducks – 28.5 percent chance
Michigan is the first team out, according to ESPN’s Football Power Index. The Wolverines are currently given a 26.9 percent chance to make the College Football Playoff.
There’s a lot of season left, though.
