ESPN Get Up! host Mike Greenberg has doubled down on a pretty bold prediction for the 2021 NFL regular season.
Earlier this year, Greenberg revealed that he’s predicting Pittsburgh Steelers running back Najee Harris to win NFL Rookie of the Year. Harris, who starred collegiately at Alabama, was the No. 24 overall pick in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft.
“It is my opinion that Najee Harris is going to win the Offensive Rookie of the Year award this season,” Greenberg said during a May episode of Get Up!
Steelers fans are high on Harris, though it’s rare for a late first round pick to win Offensive Rookie of the Year, especially a running back.
Greenberg isn’t backing down from that prediction, though. In fact, he doubled down on it during Monday’s episode of Get Up!
“Write [Najee Harris’] name down right now for Rookie of the Year,” Greenberg said in response to comments from ESPN NFL insider Jeff Darlington.

The Steelers are coming off a disappointing playoff loss to the Browns, though they head into the 2021 season with high hopes.
The AFC North will be extremely competitive, though, and they’ll likely need a productive year from Harris to contend.
