On Thursday night, the NBA world witnessed the second shocking trade to occur within the past week.
The Oklahoma City Thunder sent Paul George to the Los Angeles Clippers for a record number of draft picks just six days ago.
General manager Sam Presti was back at it against Thursday night. This time, he shipped star point guard Russell Westbrook to the Houston Rockets.
In return, Oklahoma City received Chris Paul and two first-round picks. The Thunder also landed two pick swaps in the deal.
Immediately after the trade, the NBA world sat stunned for a few seconds before it actually sank in.
After that, the jokes started to fly.
Westbrook and Rockets star James Harden are two of the most ball-dominant players in the NBA. Fans used that to their advantage for a laugh.
Check it out.

Westbrook and Harden played together for the Thunder alongside Kevin Durant.
As of Thursday afternoon, Westbrook was the last one left on the Thunder roster. Now he’ll get to team up with Harden once again.
It will be interesting to see how the Rockets handle Westbrook and Harden on the floor together with just one basketball.
