A Florida judge has reportedly issued a ruling on the use of the Robert Kraft massage parlor video. It cannot be used in the case, the judge ruled.

The judge issued the ruling today, stating that the video from inside of the spa was obtained illegally.

Thus, barring an appeal, it will not be released.

This is being categorized as a win for the New England Patriots owner.

Kraft's attorney is now expected to file a motion to dismiss charges.

"Expect Kraft's attorneys to file a motion to dismiss based on lack of evidence, probably tomorrow. The state can either dismiss charges, appeal the decision or take it to court. But so far they haven't cited any evidence other than the video surveillance," T.J. Quinn reports.
