Update: CBS' Tracy Wolfson reports that it is a left knee issue for Cam Reddish. Duke is not revealing how or when the injury was suffered. Reddish is not starting against Virginia Tech, though he hasn't been ruled out for the game.

Stay tuned for more updates.

Earlier: Duke star freshman Cam Reddish might not be able to play in the Blue Devils' Sweet 16 game against Virginia Tech in Washington, D.C. this evening.

Reddish, a former five-star recruit and key starter for Coach K's team, is reportedly not warming up ahead of tonight's contest.

The potential top 10 pick in the 2019 NBA Draft is apparently dealing with a knee injury.

"Problem with a knee is keeping Cam Reddish out of Duke lineup. He arrived at arena with team but is not currently warming up with them," tweeted Stephen Wiseman.

CBS is reporting that Reddish is dealing with something in his knees.

Duke will have a new starting lineup as a result of this injury to Reddish.

Alex O'Connell is starting in his place.

Here's the full starting five for the Blue Devils:

Tre Jones

Alex O'Connell

Zion Williamson

RJ Barrett

Javin DeLaurier

Reddish, a 6-foot-8 swingman, averaged 13.6 points, 3.7 rebounds and 2 assists per game for the Blue Devils during the regular season.

The former top recruit scored 13 points in the second round win over UCF and 12 points in the opening round victory against NDSU.

Duke is a team with shooting issues and if Reddish is unable to go, that's a major loss.

The Blue Devils and the Hokies are about to tip off on CBS.
