On Thursday night, the Houston Texans faced off against the Green Bay Packers in a possible Super Bowl preview.
The Texans field one of the best offenses in the league, led by star quarterback Deshaun Watson and wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins.
However, it’s the ancillary parts of the offense that really take it over the top.
Unfortunately for the Texans, one of those pieces appears to have suffered a significant injury. Wide receiver Keke Coutee caught a pass and attempted to evade a defender when his right leg got caught underneath him.
His cleat snagged the ground, causing his leg to rotate in an unnatural way.

Coutee was carted off the field after suffering the gruesome injury.
Reports have been far and few between as to the nature of the injury. Hopefully for the Texans the injury isn’t as serious as the video suggests.
Coutee suffered through numerous injuries last season. However, when he was on the field, he and Watson had an outstanding rapport.
Between Coutee, Hopkins and fellow wideout Will Fuller, the Texans have a stacked receiving corps. All three have battled injuries over the years, though.
Stay tuned for an official announcement from the team on Coutee’s injury.
