Derrick Henry missed practice this week as the Tennessee Titans running back dealt with a hamstring injury. It appears the former Alabama Crimson Tide star is still a little hobbled.

The Titans running back has 10 carries for 52 yards in the first half against the Houston Texans. However, Henry has been spotted dealing with the hamstring injury on the bench.

Henry was working with a hamstring wrap midway through the second quarter.

This will be something to monitor moving forward:

Henry has been one of the most-productive running backs in the NFL this season, but he's been battling the hamstring injury as of late.

The Titans will need him back on the field to have a chance at coming back against the Titans. Houston is leading Tennessee, 14-0, late in the second quarter.

Stay tuned for further injury updates on Henry.
