A crazy photo from Saturday night’s Tyson Fury-Deontay Wilder fight is going viral on social media.
Fury, 31, beat Wilder, 34, in one of the most-hyped heavyweight bouts in years on Saturday night. Fury connected on a big punch to Wilder’s right ear early on and the latter fighter never recovered.
“The Gypsy King” knocked down Wilder twice. Wilder tried to battle through, but ultimately, his corner threw in the towel in the seventh round of Saturday night’s fight at a sold-out MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
“A big shoutout to Deontay Wilder,” Fury said in the ring following the fight. “He came here tonight and he manned up, and he really did show the heart of a champion.”
Fury connected on some big punches early in the fight and was on the verge of landing a huge one before Wilder’s corner threw in the towel.

Wilder was upset with his corner for throwing in the towel, but it was the right – and smart – move. The boxer had his injuries assessed by a doctor in the dressing room following the fight.
Fury, meanwhile, improved to 30-0-1 with 21 KOs. Wilder dropped to 42-1-1 with 41 KOs.
