Iowa and Tennessee did not disappoint in the first game of eight today. The two teams fought it out for 45 minutes before the Vols won in overtime.

Tennessee led by as many as 25 points in the first half, but Iowa's furious second-half rally forced the extra session. From there, SEC Player of the Year Grant Williams took over, scoring and assisting on Tennessee's first nine points in OT as the Vols won 83-77.

Going into today, there were conflicting stories about whether the two teams engaged in some trash talk following their round one wins on Friday. After the game was over, it was nothing but respect between the Hawkeyes and Vols.

CBS cameras captured some of the quality sportsmanship post-game.

With the win, Tennessee has reached the Sweet 16 for the first time in five years. The No. 2 seed Vols will face third-seeded Purdue in the next round on Thursday.

UT has reached only one Elite Eight in school history, back in 2010. The Vols dropped the regional final to Michigan State and finished one win short of the Final Four.

Television info for Tennessee and Purdue should be out later today.
