Tiger Woods is back as a major champion, as the 43-year-old golfer won his 15th major championship today, taking home the 2019 Masters.
It’s Woods’ first major win in 11 years. He last won a major tournament in 2008, when he won the U.S. Open.
Woods is now at 15 major championships, trailing Jack Nicklaus by three.
Nicklaus was not at The Masters today, but he sent a message to CBS Sports following Woods’ win.
“A big well-done from me to Tiger. I am so happy for him and for the game of golf. This is just fantastic,” Nicklaus said.

Woods is far from done, too. He’s playing as well as any golfer in the world and there are three more major tournaments to be played this year.
It’s going to be quite a year in the world of golf.
