Two major trades could be on the verge of happening ahead of the start of the 2019 NFL regular season.

NFL insider Benjamin Allbright is reporting that the Houston Texans and the Washington Redskins have "multiple suitors" for Jadeveon Clowney and Trent Williams, respectively.

Neither Clowney nor Williams - both former top NFL Draft picks - are happy in their current situations, with trades being possible.

Allbright is reporting that trades involving both players could be imminent.

"I suspect both the Trent Williams and Jadaveon Clowney situations are going to get wrapped up pretty quickly. Both have multiple suitors," he reports.

Houston Texans insiders have believed that Clowney, the former No. 1 overall pick, could get traded ahead of the regular season.

Williams, a former top-five pick, reportedly does not trust Washington following its handling of his medical issues this offseason. He would like to be traded and has been holding out.

The 2019 NFL regular season is now less than two weeks away. It looks like we could have some major player movement ahead of that start on Thursday, Sept. 5.
