It’s that time of year again when NFL players make bold appearances to training camp.
From showing up in weird outfits to arriving in a helicopter – Oakland Raiders wide receiver Antonio Brown – NFL players always find creative ways to make a statement.
That’s exactly what Jacksonville Jaguars corner Jalen Ramsey did on Wednesday morning.
The Pro Bowl corner is in the midst of a contract dispute with the team. He’s unquestionably the best young corner in the game, but the team hasn’t been willing to offer him a new contract.
As a result, the two sides have been vocal about their approach to contract negotiations.
Ramsey wants to be paid, and the Jags want to keep the former No. 5 overall pick on his rookie contract.
Well, on Wednesday morning, Ramsey decided to make a statement by arriving to camp in an armored truck with stacks of cash in the back.

It’s clear Ramsey wants a new deal from the team, but the Jags have several top players to pay over the next few years.
Star pass rusher Yannick Ngakoue is one of the best in the game and on an expiring rookie contract – like Ramsey.
It will be an interesting season in Jacksonville.
