The Dallas Cowboys won’t be making any coaching changes following the disappointing home loss to the Buffalo Bills on Thanksgiving. Jason Garrett’s team could make a player personnel move, however.
Dallas kicker Brett Maher has struggled in recent games. The former Nebraska kicker missed two field goals in the loss to Buffalo. Maher missed one kick in the loss at New England.
Garrett announced this morning that the Cowboys will be holding kicker tryouts following practice this afternoon.
This does not mean that Maher is definitely out, but Garrett wants to get a look at some veterans.

One of the kickers working out for Dallas is on the city’s XFL team. Garrett provided the last names of three kickers. They are believed to be these three:
Jason Garrett said the Cowboys will work out three kickers on Sunday. He listed the names and I'm fairly certain it's these three:

Several NFL franchises have dealt with kicking problems this year. Percentages across the league are down.
The Cowboys are off today, but have another short week coming up. Dallas will take on Chicago on Thursday Night Football.
Garrett’s team remains in first place in the NFC East and likely needs to go 3-1 the rest of the way to win the division.
