Photo: The Crowd At LaVar Ball's Inaugural JBA Game Was Terrible

The 2018 NBA Draft took place last night in Brooklyn. While 60 names were called over the course of two rounds, one notable name did not get called.

LiAngelo Ball. Now, the middle child in the Ball family was not expected to get drafted last night, so this comes as no real surprise.

In fact, LiAngelo might get lucky to even land a summer league contract with the G-League. The Los Angeles Lakers have already declared they aren't interested in attaining another member of the Ball family.

LiAngelo might end up in his father's semi-pro league, named the Junior Basketball Association. The JBA had its inaugural game last night as Atlanta and Chicago faced off.

The crowd at the game was...not great.

Pitting your league's first game against the NBA draft is a tough ask.

Perhaps the crowd at the next game will live up to the hype. Yet it's hard to ignore the fact that LaVar must have had a hard time breaking even on this event.

Will LiAngelo head to the JBA, or will he land a G-League contract?
