Jerry Jones has maintained throughout the Cowboys’ recent stretch of poor play that the team has what it takes to make a run. Dallas might be proving its owner right today.
The Cowboys are thumping the Rams, 28-7, at halftime of today’s game at AT&T Stadium.
Jones is loving it.
The Cowboys’ owner could use some work on his high-fiving, though:

Jones and Dallas’ front office have a lot to be happy about right now. The Cowboys looked like the Super Bowl-contending team everyone thought they would be heading into the regular season.
There’s still a half of football to be played, though, and Jason Garrett’s team has been anything but reliable this season. They’ll look to change that in the second half.
The Cowboys and the Rams are playing on FOX.
