The Miami Dolphins are very much looking like the worst team in the NFL through three-plus quarters in Week 1, as they trail the Baltimore Ravens, 52-10, at the start of the fourth quarter.
Ryan Fitzpatrick, who completed 14 of 29 passes for 185 yards, is out. Backup Josh Rosen is in.
The Rosen era could not have started more poorly.
The former first round NFL Draft pick got drilled on his first pass attempt of the game. Miami failed to pick up an outside blitz.

It’s going to be a very, very long year in Miami.
At this point in the game, you just hope no one gets hurt.
