One of the top recruits from Florida's 2018 recruiting class has reportedly been arrested for the second time this year. According to a report from 247Sports, wide receiver Justin Watkins was arrested on four charges earlier this week.

Watkins is facing four charges, including two third-degree felonies. He faces false imprisonment-kidnapping and domestic battery by strangulation charges.

Following the report from Thomas Goldkamp, Florida head coach Dan Mullen has reportedly suspended the former high school star.

Details of the incident that sent Watkins to Alachua County Jail have not been released.

Watkins was arrested earlier this year on a misdemeanor trespassing charge. He allegedly followed a female student, took her phone, and then smashed it on the ground. Watkins allegedly then followed the student, kicked her car and tried to let air out of the tires.

Watkins was a top 100 recruit in the 2018 class. The former high school wide receiver was set to add cornerback depth for the Gators this season.
