Kevin Durant has taken to Instagram to post a blunt message following the Golden State Warriors win over the Toronto Raptors in Game 5 of the NBA Finals.

The All-NBA forward suffered a lower-leg injury in the second quarter of this evening's game, won by the Warriors in the final seconds.

Durant left the arena on crutches and will reportedly be getting an MRI on Tuesday. Early indictions are not good.

The Warriors star admitted on Instagram that he's hurting right now, but watching his teammates pull out the win eased some of the pain.

"I'm hurting deep in the soul right now I can't lie," he posted, "but seeing my brothers get this win was like taking a shot of tequila, i got new life lol. #dubs"

Durant had missed about a month of action with a strained calf. It's unclear what specific injury he sustained tonight, though some are speculating that it could be an achilles.

The Warriors are set to host the Raptors in Game 6 on Thursday night.

Tipoff is set for 9 p.m. E.T. on ABC.
