Kevin Durant will reportedly not be taking very long to make his free agency decision. The two-time NBA champion will reportedly be announcing his decision tonight.
ESPN NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski reports that Durant will be announcing his free agency decision tonight. It will be made through his business page.
Durant's decision will reportedly come via his business network, The Boardroom.
You can follow the account on Instagram.
There have been four teams mentioned for Durant - the Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Clippers, Brooklyn Nets and New York Knicks.
Speculating, the fact that his decision is coming tonight could lead some to believe that it's good news for the Brooklyn Nets.
Kyrie Irving is reportedly also heading to Brooklyn and, by announcing his decision tonight, Durant would take most of the headlines. The star forward drew criticism for joining a superteam in the Golden State Warriors and by announcing his decision tonight, he would avoid the "he's following Kyrie" narratives.
Still, that's just speculation.
The only choice that would come as a big surprise would be the Los Angeles Clippers. The Warriors, Nets and Knicks all likely have been given serious consideration.
NBA free agency begins at 6 p.m. E.T. and Durant's decision should come soon after.
