ESPN college football analyst Kirk Herbstreit was in the building for Penn State's big win over Michigan on Saturday night, as he was calling the game for ABC. He got a good one to watch.

Penn State remained undefeated on the season, taking down Michigan, 28-21, to improve to 7-0 on the year.

It was a huge win for the Nittany Lions and another devastating loss in a big game for Jim Harbaugh's Wolverines.

Herbstreit took to Twitter following the game to weigh in.

"2019 White Out did not disappoint!! Great game and as always, incredible atmosphere and support by the Penn State fans!" he tweeted. "One last thought. So impressed w/ Michigan’s competitive spirit tonight. Down 21-0 & fought their way back to have a shot to tie late-QB is a fighter-Defense kept em within striking distance. Ronnie Bell-keep your head up man-you’re a great player-More opportunities comin!"

Losing to Penn State on the road is nothing to be ashamed about, but if you're the Wolverines, you simply expected more this season.

Michigan came into the year with Big Ten championship and College Football Playoff aspirations. Those goals are all but dead following Saturday night's loss.
