It's safe to say that Kyle Busch isn't thrilled with his current contract situation.

The veteran NASCAR Cup Series driver is hoping to get his future locked up with Joe Gibbs Racing, though that hasn't happened yet.

Busch said he would've liked his contract situation to be resolved "yesterday."

"I'm not getting antsy about it. If it happens, it happens. If it don't, it don't. Goodbye," Busch added on Saturday.

"Austin Dillon moves to an executive role at RCR Kyle Busch takes over the 3 car Twitter melts down," one fan predicted. "Wouldn’t any of us be frustrated if we were not sure of our employment next year with a baby on the way, a business to run and a family to support? He needs to put plans in place if he’s out at JGR," another fan added on Twitter. "Gibbs is ready for Kyle to go. It is obvious when his teammates run up front while he struggles 12th or 15th. You saw it again today in qualifying at Talladega," another fan added.

It's going to be an interesting couple of months for Busch, that is for sure.
