The Los Angeles Lakers aren't waiting for NBA free agency to start before firing off major moves.
On Thursday afternoon, the Lakers sent three players and a second-round draft pick to the Washington Wizards in a move to open up cap space.
The move gives Los Angeles over $32 million in cap space - enough for another star free agent. After trading for Anthony Davis, the Lakers were on the hunt for extra cap space and now they have it.
With all of the moves going on, Lakers fans were freaking out about what the extra cap space could mean for the team.
The fans weren't alone.
Lakers forward Kyle Kuzma - one of the only young players to survive the trade binge the Lakers have been on - took to Twitter with a surprise GIF.
Check it out.
LeBron James, Anthony Davis and Kyle Kuzma are the only current players on the team who were on the Lakers roster last season.
Los Angeles is expected to meet with Toronto Raptors star Kawhi Leonard in the coming days. The team could also be in on points guards Kemba Walker and Kyrie Irving - though both are expected to sign with other teams.
Stay tuned for the latest.
