With the NBA draft in the rearview, it's time to turn our attention to the impending free agency of LeBron James. The NBA's best player has one week to decide whether or not he'll opt-in to the final year of his contract with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

LeBron has many suitors. The Los Angeles Lakers, Houston Rockets, Philadelphia 76ers, and of course, the Cavs, are hoping to land James.

The Lakers are the heavy favorite in Vegas. L.A. is also the favorite in the eyes of Brian Windhorst.

In a recent guest appearance on the Lowe Post with Zach Lowe and Rachel Nichols, Windy suggested it's a three-team race between the Lakers, Cavs, and 76ers.

He also gave a clear timeline for LeBron's decision.

Zach Lowe: "What's your over/under one when LeBron makes his decision?"

Brian Windhorst: "Everybody will be on holiday: July 4th."

You can listen to the full rundown here.

It's important to note that these are Windhorst's opinions, and this is more of a conversation about LeBron's decision rather than a direct report.

LeBron might be closer to a decision than we realized.
