LeBron James is no stranger to early morning workouts, as the Los Angeles Lakers star is constantly at his team's facility getting in some work at 4 or 5 a.m.

The Lakers star was on his way to one of those workouts this weekend when he spotted his sons outside.

James caught his sons, Bronny and Bryce, getting in their own early morning workout at 5 a.m.

"It's in his [DNA]," LeBron said of Bronny on Instagram.

"He heard the ball bouncing," James wrote of Bryce. "In his [DNA] too." James later took to Twitter to express his happiness with what he saw. "Man seeing my boys outside hooping at 5am literally made me cry in the car riding to my workout," he wrote.

Bronny is getting ready for his own big season, as the oldest son of LeBron James is starting his freshman year at Sierra Canyon in California.

That high school team should be the most-interesting squad in the country, boasting several top recruits along with the sons of LeBron James and Dwyane Wade.
