With hours to go until the start of the 2022 NFL Draft, Deebo Samuel trade rumors are once again running wild. This time, it's because of D.J. Reed's recent social media activity.

Reed, a New York Jets cornerback, took to Twitter this morning with the following words: "Haha them boys in trouble."

Fans were then quick to notice Reed's latest Twitter like is a Deebo Samuel highlight mix. Coincidence? It can't be, especially today.

Have the 49ers and Jets already struck a deal that would send the superstar wideout to the Big Apple?

This could all be speculation on Reed's part.

"Can't imagine the Jets are telling their players it's a done deal just so they can tease on social media like this. Doubt this means anything at all besides his personal wishes," a fan said.

But who knows? Maybe Deebo told Reed it's all a done deal. We probably won't find out until later tonight.

"Well, this is something that makes me start to believe deebo is a goner," a fan tweeted. "If he is, it was fun while it lasted. Last year was special."

Don't expect these trade rumors to simply disappear. If the Jets make the right offer, Samuel could be on his way to New York before the night is over.

The 49ers, meanwhile, will no doubt want the Jets' No. 10 overall pick in exchange.
