Mike Vrabel was a beast on the football field, starring at Ohio State and for the New England Patriots in the National Football League.

The Tennessee Titans head coach is a "savage" on social media, as well.

On Sunday, Vrabel roasted one of his former players, Will Compton, in epic form.

"One of the quotes I’ve always remembered from Coach Vrabel was 'The great ones make it look easy,'" Compton tweeted.

Vrabel didn't hold back in his response.

"I hope you didn’t think I was talking about you when I said that," he tweeted.

NFL fans are loving the roasting (even if it was done with love). "I'm not even a Titans fan but I f--king love Vrabel. He's by far the 2nd best coach in the NFL (2nd to Raiders Josh McDaniels of course). But he's by far the funniest," one fan wrote on Twitter. "This man only tweets to roast Will lmao," another fan added on Twitter. "Coach chose violence today," another fan added.

That's not going to happen, Will.
