Dallas Cowboy standout defensive lineman Tyrone Crawford was carted off the field with a scary-looking injury early in today's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Fortunately, it seems like Crawford dodged a major bullet. Initial indications are that he wasn't seriously hurt.

The initial news is "good" according to Cowboys' sideline reporter Kristi Scales.

Crawford suffered a neck strain on the game's second play.

Anytime a player is carted off the field, and the neck is involved, it could be a terrible scenario.

Thankfully, it looks like Crawford avoided disaster.
