There's a Deion Sanders story from the 1989 NFL Draft that has gotten brought up every year since.

The New York Giants told Sanders to do a written test and asked them what pick they had. It was their way of seeing if he knew the order in a way.

New York had the 10th pick in the draft and that's when Sanders had an amazing response.

“I’ll be gone before then. I ain’t got time for this," Sanders said.

He then walked out and ended up being right. Sanders was drafted with the fifth overall pick by the Atlanta Falcons.

The NFL world still laughs at this story, even to this day.

Sanders went on to play for the Falcons for five seasons before he played for the 49ers, Cowboys, and Redskins (now the Commanders).

He was then inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2011.

This will be a story that people talk about for a long, long time.
