The biggest name on the trading block in the NFL is Jalen Ramsey, who made it clear he wants out of Jacksonville. He's not on the move just yet, but the talented cornerback certainly has a handful of suitors.
Ramsey is in his fourth season with the Jacksonville Jaguars. There is one year remaining on his rookie contract, and the former No. 5 overall pick would like a new deal.
With Ramsey's tenure in Jacksonville most likely coming to an end, there is a trio of teams that are in the sweepstakes for him.
According to NFL insider Jason La Canfora, the Kansas City Chiefs, Seattle Seahawks and Philadelphia Eagles are the teams being linked to Ramsey.
He also discussed a potential timeline for when Ramsey could be on the move.
"I do not believe he'll be on the roster by then (the trade deadline). He may not be on the roster by the time the Jaguars play Week 4," La Canfora said.
You can listen to La Canfora discuss the potential trade market for Ramsey here:
Jacksonville reportedly wants a pair of first-round picks for Ramsey, which would be similar compensation to what the Miami Dolphins got for shipping out Laremy Tunsil.
In addition to giving up multiple draft picks for Ramsey, the team that acquires him would also have to prepare a long-term extension for him.
Ramsey is going to be on the field this Thursday when the Jaguars face the Titans. It's possible that it's his last time suiting up for the franchise.
