Monday night’s game between the Cleveland Browns and the San Francisco 49ers had a major Ohio State-Oklahoma feel to it.
Former Buckeyes’ star Nick Bosa got some revenge on former Sooners’ quarterback Baker Mayfield.
The 49ers’ standout taunted the Browns’ quarterback with his “flag planting” celebration late in his team’s 31-3 win. Mayfield, of course, planted an Oklahoma flag after beating Ohio State in Columbus in 2017.
Bosa said after the game that he wanted to get Mayfield back for what he did.
“I’m sure my Buckeye fans know… I had to get him back.”

Bosa also said that he was doing some trash talking to Mayfield during the game.
“I was just screaming his name like, ‘Baaaaakerrrr. Baaaaakerrrrr. Come on, pick it up we want a challenge.’ Stuff like that,” Bosa told reporters.
Mayfield didn’t respond.
