It's no secret that Alabama is one of the main programs that dominate the NFL Draft.

Nick Saban is the head coach of the program and has an outstanding track record of developing players throughout his tenure. Saban went on First Take on Thursday morning to explain how his program's talent dominates the first round year after year,

“Well, I think two-fold. Two things that are most important is how you bring players to your team, and the second part of that is how do you develop them," Saban said. "So we’ve had some great coaches here to develop them, we’ve had some very good people to recruit them. And we have a program that really promotes guys having more success in life because they were involved in the program, having academic success and how they develop as football players."

Two of their best players from last year's team that are projected to be picked on Thursday night are Jameson Williams and Evan Neal.

Neal is one of the best offensive tackles in this draft, while Williams is one of the best receivers. There will also be other Alabama players selected after the first round takes place.

The Crimson Tide will then have two more first-round picks next season in Bryce Young and Will Anderson. There's no shortage of talent in that program.

You can watch the first round of the NFL Draft on Thursday night at 8 p.m. ET.
