Michigan State big man Nick Ward has updated his injury status before Sunday's Elite Eight game against No. 1 seed Duke.

Ward, who's dealing with a hand injury, should be good to go on Sunday afternoon against the Blue Devils.

Michigan State's big man spoke to reporters this afternoon, telling the media that his hand is a little bruised.

Ward will be "fine" for the game, though.

Both Michigan State and Duke have dealt with injury issues heading into the Sweet 16, as the Blue Devils could be without Cam Reddish. Reddish has a knee issue that isn't structural, but has been hampering him. The five-star freshman will be a game-time decision on Sunday.

Duke and Michigan State are set to tip off at 5:05 p.m. E.T. on Sunday.

The game will be on CBS.
