It appears that the idea of Odell Beckham Jr. returning to the Cleveland Browns now that Baker Mayfield is likely gone is a real possibility.

The Browns finalized a trade for Deshaun Watson last week. While Mayfield remains on the roster for now, he's likely going to be traded or outright released.

Beckham Jr., who was released by the Browns during the 2021 season, is currently a free agent.

Cleveland admitted on Monday that it's possible Beckham will return.

“I really like Odell. We’ll see how it all plays out," Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski admitted on Monday.

NFL fans are intrigued...

"Sheeeeeesh! More evidence on how the organization/teammates felt about how this situation went down," one fan wrote on Twitter.

"Wow. If that happened, yet another brutal Will Smith level slap in the face to Baker Mayfield," one fan added on Twitter.

"If we bring back Odell and Jarvis, that looks REAL bad on Baker. Literally running it back with everyone except the QB," one fan added on Twitter.

The Browns missed the playoffs in 2021.

Cleveland officially announced the trade for Deshaun Watson on Friday.
