Ohio State's basketball program has taken a depth hit following the 2018-19 season that ended with a second round loss to Houston.

One of the Buckeyes' top recruits from the 2018 class has reportedly decided to transfer.

Jaedon LeDee, a four-star freshman forward, has reportedly decided to leave the Buckeyes' program.

ESPN college basketball insider Jeff Borzello first reported the news.

"Ohio State freshman Jaedon LeDee is transferring, sources told ESPN. Played in 26 games as a freshman," he tweeted.

Scout.com's Evan Daniels has confirmed the transfer.

LeDee was ranked the No. 22 forward in the 2018 class by 247Sports' Composite Rankings.

The 6-foot-7 forward played in 26 games for the Buckeyes, starting in two games. He averaged 3 points and 1.7 rebounds a contest.
