The New England Patriots haven't made a ton of big moves in free agency this year, but the AFC East franchise could make a notable addition to their defense.

According to reports, the Patriots are hosting a former first round NFL Draft pick for a free agency visit on Monday.

Former Cleveland Browns and New York Giants defensive back Jabrill Peppers is in New England for a visit on Monday.

"The Patriots are hosting former Giants and Browns S Jabrill Peppers on a visit today, per source. Peppers played for Joe Judge in 2020-2021, so there’s familiarity already. The 26-year old brings plenty of defensive versatility, something New England always covets," ESPN's Field Yates reports.

Peppers could be a nice fit for New England on defense and special teams.

The Patriots are coming off a Wild Card round loss to the Bills.
