It’s the moment Michigan fans were all waiting for. On Monday’s episode of ESPN’s “Get Up,” Paul Finebaum was forced to eat some Wolverine-flavored crow after UM’s historic victory over Ohio State on Saturday.
“It was amazing and he deserves credit,” said Finebaum of Harbaugh and team’s win. “Nobody has taken more heat than Jim Harbaugh, and plenty of it’s come from this big mouth right here.”
Jim Harbaugh and Michigan have finally earned @finebaum's respect after defeating Ohio State 😤

“But what he did Saturday was he shut all the criticism down, he faded the heat,” Finebaum continued.
“He put a game plan together that not only won the game against Ohio State, his biggest rival, but they dominated. It was really artistic to watch, and I found myself cheering for Jim Harbaugh and Michigan because it was so beautiful to see.”
“And now, no more conversation about Jim Harbaugh,” he concluded.
This must’ve been music to Michigan fan’s ears.
Paul Finebaum said he wouldn’t see #Michigan and Jim Harbaugh beat Ohio State if he lived to be 150.
Well, the Wolverines beat the Buckeyes…what’s Pete saying now? https://t.co/cs8iItR3C8

Since Harbaugh took the job at his alma mater, Finebaum has been one of his harshest critics. The ESPN personality even went on record to say he wouldn’t see Harbaugh’s Wolverines beat OSU if he lived to be 150.
Now the Michigan coach has his first win over the school’s most hated rival. And he could very well capture his first Big Ten title and College Football Playoff spot as well.
