One week ago, the Los Angeles Lakers and New Orleans Pelicans made headlines after agreeing on a trade that sent Anthony Davis to Los Angeles.

The Pelicans received Brandon Ingram, Lonzo Ball, Josh Hart and three first-round picks with the opportunity to swap picks in the future.

On Saturday afternoon, Pelicans head coach Alvin Gentry was asked about the trade and what New Orleans received.

In his response, Gentry took a veiled shot at Anthony Davis.

"That’s a haul folks," Gentry said about the players and picks the team received for Davis.

Earlier this season, Davis wore a "That’s All Folks" Looney Tunes shirt - hinting at his departure from the Pelicans.

Davis and Gentry didn't exactly see eye-to-eye after Davis' decision to demand a trade. It didn't help that the six-time All-Star missed the last few games of the season with injuries - though the some questioned whether or not he was actually hurt.

On Thursday night, the Pelicans drafted Zion Williamson with the No. 1 pick - finding a new face for their franchise.

New Orleans will start the 2019-20 season with a completely overhauled roster, as will the Lakers.

We'll have to wait and see if Davis fires a shot back at his former coach.

Stay tuned.
