LeBron James had a special phone call while quarantined inside his Southern California home on Monday evening.
The Los Angeles Lakers star is stuck inside like the rest of us this month. And, like the rest of us, James is using some of this time to catch up with friends and family using video chat.
James caught up with some special friends on Monday evening. The Ohio native was on a call with his high school basketball teammates.
The three-time NBA champion first gained basketball notoriety during his time at St. Vincent-St. Mary High School in Akron, Ohio.
James and Co. won three Ohio state championships in four years. He caught up with some of his teammates on Monday night.
"Man nothing like being on a call with these dudes!! Especially now that we can’t see each other in person. That was right on time! You boys are hilarious man! We got way to many stories!" he wrote.
"Love you boys to the wheels fall off and the car blow up!"
LeBron's Instagram post is a good reminder for everyone else right now: Get on the phone with a friend or family member today (or a couple of them).
