Former NFL head coach turned ESPN analyst Rex Ryan and Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield got into a war of words this week.

It started when Ryan called Mayfield "overrated as hell" on ESPN's Get Up! following the Browns' Week 3 loss to the Los Angeles Rams.

Mayfield then responded, pointing out how Ryan is without a coaching job.

“It’s whatever. I mean, in the wise words of Freddie Kitchens, if you don’t wear orange and brown, you don’t matter, and Rex Ryan doesn’t have any colors right now for a reason. So, it’s okay,” Mayfield told reporters.

The back and forth doesn't appear to be over yet.

Ryan is now wearing Cleveland Browns colors on ESPN's Sunday NFL Countdown.

Coincidence? Doubtful.

The Browns have a big game today, as Cleveland is set to take on the Baltimore Ravens in a pivotal AFC North matchup.

Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. E.T.

The game will be on CBS.
