It's been the Doug Edert show through the first three rounds of the 2022 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament.
Edert, the breakout star of the NCAA Tournament, has helped lead his No. 15 seed Saint Peter's team to an Elite Eight matchup against No. 8 seed North Carolina. The Peacocks and the Tar Heels will play for a spot in the Final Four - and a matchup against Duke - on Sunday night.
The Saint Peter's star has been known for his sharp shooting and his mustache, neither of which are likely to go away anytime soon.
Edert's girlfriend, a Saint Peter's softball player, is a fan.
“He’s not changing anything until this tournament is over. I can tell you that," she told the New York Times.
Edert is dating Olyvia Smith, a junior softball player from Delaware.
Olyvia Smith is currently in season, so it's unclear if she'll be able to watch tonight's game against North Carolina.
Fans have been taking to Olyvia's comment section on Instagram, joking about their shared love for Doug.
Few players in the NCAA Tournament, if any, have gotten as much love as Doug Edert this March.
Saint Peter's and North Carolina are set to tip off at 5:05 p.m. E.T. on CBS.
