The NBA off-season brought plenty of action as top players found new landing spots for the upcoming season.
One of the teams that made the most noise this off-season was the Los Angeles Lakers. LeBron James finally found a top-tier running mate after the team traded for star forward Anthony Davis.
The two have been working hard on the court this summer, but both are working hard off the court too – especially LeBron.
He’s shooting the sequel to Michael Jordan’s Space Jam. So far, we’ve seen very little from the set, but on Thursday some significant news leaked.
We now know who LeBron’s body double will be in the film. Former pro basketball player-turned-actor Sheldon Bailey will help carry the load for LeBron during shooting.

Bailey has actually served as LeBron’s body-double in the past.
“For the past eight years, I have had the opportunity to be a body double for LeBron James,” Bailey said in an interview with The Hype Magazine. “This role has taken me all over the country and across the world and it has put me in direct contact with some of the best directors and producers in the world.”
Space Jam 2 is set for a July 16, 2021 release date.
