The US Open Tennis Championships are underway this week at Arthur Ashe Stadium in Flushing, N.Y. One woman's competitor left an impression in her lone match.
Australian Sam Stosur was beaten by the No. 2 seed, Carolina Wozniacki, in straight sets. It was a short stint for Stosur, the 2011 US Open champion, but she made it count.
Her trademark arms were on full display. There's no other way to say it; Stosur is jacked.
That's insanely impressive. The 34-year-old Aussie keeps herself in tip-top shape.
Stosur might be coming to the end of her career. Since turning pro in 1999, she's won the US Open singles title and the doubles title at the US Open and French Open.
At one time, Stosur was ranked No. 4 in the world.
