One of the top wide receivers in the country announced his college football commitment late on Saturday night.

Rakim Jarrett, a five-star wide receiver out of St. John's College High School in Washington, D.C., is heading to SEC country.

The No. 2 wide receiver in the 2020 class has committed to LSU.

The elite prospect announced his decision on Twitter.

"Committed. Thank you," he wrote.

Jarrett is the No. 16 overall recruit in the 2020 class. He chose LSU over Maryland and Tennessee, among other programs.
