Report: Former Golden State Warriors Guard Nick Young Arrested

A former Golden State Warriors guard has reportedly been arrested. According to a report from TMZ, Nick Young was arrested late Friday night after a "routine" traffic stop.

The report alleges Young refused to cooperate with police and was arrested for obstruction of justice. The incident occurred in Hollywood.

Police reportedly booked Young, who goes by the nickname "Swaggy P," at a nearby station. His car was impounded, according to the story.

NBA star Nick Young -- aka Swaggy P -- was arrested in Hollywood late Friday night after an incident during a traffic stop with police ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the former Golden State Warriors star was pulled over just before midnight for a routine traffic violation when something went wrong.

We're told the 33-year-old refused to cooperate with the officers on scene, and so he was arrested for obstruction of justice.

Young most recently signed a one-year deal with the Golden State Warriors for the 2017-18 season. After winning a title, Young remains a free agent heading into the 2018-19 season.
